Refunds

• All sales are final. Licences and renewals are not refunded once paid, except where the law requires a refund.
• Before buying. The FAQ lists what the box needs (a Raspberry Pi, a Schwab account and developer app, an Anthropic key for the AI parts). Questions before a purchase: support@2bunsllc.com.
• If something is broken. Support will work to fix a fault in the software. The licence key moves to a new card or a new Pi, so new hardware never needs a new licence.
• A charge made twice by mistake is returned in full.
• Other charges. Anthropic and Schwab bill their own services directly; 2 Buns LLC cannot refund those.
