Bellwise is software that runs on the buyer's own Raspberry Pi. This page covers what 2 Buns LLC ("2 Buns") receives through this website, the shop and the licence server, and what stays on the box.

What stays on the box

• The Schwab login (tokens), the developer app's key and secret, the Anthropic API key and any other keys.
• Account numbers, balances, positions, orders and the trading journal.
• The rulebook, the settings and the box's PIN.

2 Buns never receives these. The box talks to Schwab and Anthropic directly, under the account holder's own agreements with them.

What 2 Buns receives

• At purchase: the email address and payment details go to Stripe, which processes the payment. 2 Buns receives the email address, the plan and the payment's status, never the card number.
• The licence key: stored only as a one-way hash, with the plan, the purchase email and the date updates run until.
• From the box: when the licence is activated and when it checks for updates, the licence key and an id made from the memory card by a one-way hash, with the version it runs. Nothing about the account or the market data.
• Support: whatever is sent by email, including any Diagnostics text copied from the box. Diagnostics holds the box's logs; it is worth a look before sending.

What 2 Buns does with it

Delivers the licence key and updates, sends receipts and renewal emails, answers support and keeps the records the law requires. No selling or sharing for advertising, and no tracking or advertising cookies on this website.

Who processes it

Stripe (payments), Resend (the key and renewal emails) and Google Cloud / Firebase (this website and the licence server), each under its own privacy terms.

Keeping and deleting

Purchase records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. To ask for a copy or the deletion of anything else, email support@2bunsllc.com.
